The Acorn
One of four luxury glamping properties situated by a stream, on our farm near Croyde. Perfect place for mini-moons, anniversaries, birthdays or breaks away from the pressures of work or city life. This is glamping at its best, with patio and outside sofa along with kitchen, king sized bed and full bathroom inside the pod. Our location is central to sandy, surfing beaches, the coastpath and enjoys amazing countryside views, away from the noise.
The Space
This romantic retreat offers a luxury get away for two. the surrounding views are stunning and if you’re lucky, you can spot some local wildlife, or watch our mini shetland ponies and alpacas playing in the fields.

Furnished with a sofa, dining table, and a flat screen smart TV. Heating throughout.

A combi oven with electric hob, under-counter fridge with large ice box, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Dualit kettle and toaster and Emma Bridgewater tableware to compliment your morning breakfast in bed.

King size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen, bedside tables, reading lamps and hairdryer.
The Bath Room
The bath room offers a little extra luxury with bathrobes alongside towels and toiletries.
Shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside
The front door of the pod leads out to a patio area. Here you will find a table and chairs for two, a sofa and a charcoal bbq (bring your own charcoal) for you to relax with a few drinks whilst gazing at the stars, after a busy day exploring the local area or having a go at surfing at one of the many local beaches.

"We had such a beautiful stay here at Shepherds Watch. It exceeded our expectations and was just perfect in every way. We hope to return again in the future and would recommend to anybody! The set up on the farm is amazing and the atmosphere that was created was just perfect. We made friends with the lovely sheep and goats on site. The sound of the stream trickling passed our hut was so tranquil a lovely addition to our set up. The shepherds hut itself was immaculate and we couldn’t fault it if we tried. It felt like we were the first people to have used it!! The hot tub was incredible and the environment creates was so lovely and intimate. Perfect for shutting off from the world and being able to unwind."
